041          = Encoding of model

26            = Hull number

M              = Letter of unknown significance!

73             = Model Year

A              = Month of manufacture

Month Codes:  Model year starts in August and proceeds Up through the Alphabet

B - September

C - October

D - November

E - December

F - January

G - February

H - March

I - April

J - May

K - June

L - July

The ABYC for boats manufactured prior to 8-1-84.

first 3 characters = manufacruer code

4 thru 8 are a unique ID code characters

9 & 10 are the month manufactured

11 & 12 are the year manufactured.
